Product Support
Alt-Tech operates an online ticketing system for product support, this allows a written record of communication for both parties and the ability to share photos. Once the ticket is created you can reply directly to the tech-team at any point and they will get back to you as soon as they are available within our opening hours.
Shopped Online?
If you need to contact us for product support and purchased your items online, you can reply to the ticket created at purchase. Please do not open a new ticket.
Shopped in Store?
If you visited us in store you may not have an existing ticket linked to your purchase, in this case, please open a new ticket.
