The Service
We offer a Click & Collect service for customers who are able to pick up their order from our Welshpool Store.
When you check out be sure to select Click & Collect. You’ll receive an order confirmation to acknowledge you order has been placed. A notification will be sent out once your order has been picked and is ready to collect.
When you come to collect your order, please head into our showroom via the office. Be sure to have your notification email on hand to show our staff.
How long does order processing take?
Most items are in stock in our warehouse and we’ll begin processing your order as soon as we receive it, depending on time of order placement, with an expectation it should be ready to collect in 24-48 hours. However, occasionally we may need to order items in from the East coast which can result in a lead time of us to 2 weeks. If this is the case, we will notify you of the delay and update you when the order is available for collection.
Other Information
Our warehouse team process Click & Collect orders Monday – Friday.
Large items such as solar panels purchased through Click & Collect will be unboxed.
